Frontline Support campaign

Uniting a caring community

In 2021, the Frontline Support: Health-care Heroes Closer to Home campaign was created with two robust advisory committees in Barrie and Owen Sound. The campaign raised funds to renovate nursing facilities, upgrade technology and establish new awards, scholarships and bursaries for nursing students at the Barrie and Owen Sound campuses.

Thanks in large part to generous donors, ݮƵstudents now have access to immersive, interdisciplinary spaces and cutting-edge equipment to learn on mirroring similar equipment they’ll use in their field placements and careers.

Although our initial campaign goal has been reached, the health-care industry continues to evolve and our spaces and technology must change with it in order for our students to learn in real-life settings. You can help us do MORE.
